 Beth’s day job focuses on the digital world where she provides marketing solutions, digital media strategy and buying, and marketing consulting to a variety of clients.

Beth’s real passion is African safari and wildlife. 

A veteran of over 40 trips, including a six-month stay in southern Africa, Beth has done it all – luxury safari, camping safari, walking safari, canoeing, fishing, overland trips, volunteer work, and city stays. 

Over the years, she has absorbed great bush wisdom and skill from a variety of excellent local guides. 

Beth has co-founded this boutique safari agency to share her love of the bush with clients crafting extraordinary travel experiences across the continent. 

She leads the North American office from Reston, Virginia.

 A sixth generation African, Deon grew up in the bush at the foothills of the Matobo in Zimbabwe - leading to a lifelong fascination with wildlife and wilderness. 

Finishing his education in the United Kingdom, he returned to Africa in his early twenties, working closely in the safari industry with legendary pilot guides taking guests across the finest game reserves.

Following a decade living in the Silvermine mountains near Noordhoek, Cape Town, Deon now resides in the Tweed Valley, Scotland helming the European office in Edinburgh. 

This is the on the ground operational base of our safari office, tailoring African journeys for discerning travelers needing the utmost in first class exclusivity. 

Deon applies discretion and imaginative verve in creating custom itineraries for all Wild Sage travelers.
